Abstract
Pemasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya prestasi belajar
ekonomi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh
penggunaan sumber belajar dan kemandirian belajar siswa terhadap prestasi
belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Angkasa Lanud Soewondo Medan T.P.
2016/2017.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Lanud Soewondo Medan Kelas XI IPS
yang terletak di Jl. Polonia Ujung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh
siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Angkasa Lanud Soewondo Medan yang terdiri dari 2
kelas dengan jumlah siswa 36 orang, dimana kelas XI IPS 1 berjumlah 18 orang
dan kelas XI IPS 2 berjumlah 18 orang dengan jumlah sampel seluruh siswa kelas
XI IPS. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Teknik
yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan
angket (kuesioner).
Berdasarkan analisis data dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20,0
diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 14,283 + 0,486X1 + 0,325X2 +
e, selanjutnya ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan sumber belajar
terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara parsial
diperoleh nilai t- hitung> t-tabel yaitu 8,008 > 1,692 dan ada pengaruh positif dan
signifikan kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi berdasarkan uji
hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung> t-tabel yaitu 5,604 > 1,692.
Kemudian, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan sumber belajar dan
kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi berdasarkan uji hipotesis
secara simultan diperoleh nilai F-hitung> F-tabel yaitu 39,537 > 3,29.
Sumbangan pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel penggunaan sumber belajar
(X1) dan variabel Kemandirian belajar (X2) terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi (Y)
adalah sebesar 70,6 %.
