Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan Penilaian Otentik Berorientasi Model Pembelajaran Open Ended yang dikembangkan Kelas V SD Trisakti Lubuk Pakam. (2) Kadar aktivitas aktif siswa selama proses pembelajaran menggunakan Penilaian Otentik Berorientasi Model Pembelajaran Open Ended yang dikembangkan Kelas V SD Trisakti Lubuk Pakam. (3) Tingkat kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran menggunakan Penilaian Otentik Berorientasi Model Pembelajaran Open Ended yang dikembangkan Kelas V SD Trisakti Lubuk Pakam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas V SD Trisakti Lubuk Pakam dan sebagai objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) PKn dan asesmen otentik Kelas V2 dan V3 masing-masing 36 orang siswa SD Trisakti Lubuk Pakam. Instrumen pengeumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari: (1) tes hasil belajar; (2) Lembar observasi aktivitas siswa; (3) Observasi kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah yang dikembangkan pada ujicoba I berada pada kriteria cukup baik, dan pada ujicoba II berada pada kriteria baik,; (2) Kadar aktivitas aktif siswa pada ujicoba I, terdapat 1 aktivitas aktif siswa yang belum memenuhi kriteria toleransi waktu ideal yang ditetapkan, sedangkan pada ujicoba II, seluruh aktivitas aktif siswa telah memenuhi kriteria toleransi waktu ideal yang ditetapkan.; dan (3) Peningkatan Hasil Belajar PKn siswa melalui penggunaan perangkat pembelajaran Open-Ended adalah dari persentase pencapaian Hasil Belajar PKn pada ujicoba I sebesar 86.11% meningkat menjadi 91.67% pada ujicoba II. Hal ini telah melampaui batas toleransi yang telah ditetapkan.
