Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian analisis kadar vitamin C, nilai pH dan bahan pewarna sintetik dalam 3 jenis sampel minuman kemasan berbasis sari buah jeruk untuk mengetahui apakah nilai pH sudah sesuai dengan standar SNI 01-6019-1999 dan bahan pewarna sintetik sudah sesuai dengan standar SNI Permenkes No.722/Menkes/Per/IX/1998. Hasil analisis terhadap kadar vitamin C berturutturut adalah 8,57 ; 1,29 dan 52 %, Hasil analisis terhadap nilai pH berturut-turut yaitu 2,8 ; 2,8 ; 2,7 dan semuanya sesuai dengan standar kelayakan berdasarkan SNI 01-6019-1999, Hasil analisis terhadap kadar bahan pewarna berturut-turut yaitu 10,151 mg ; 13,441 mg ; 15,107 mg dan semuanya sesuai dengan standar kelayakan kadar bahan pewarna sesuai SNI Permenkes No.722/Menkes/Per/IX/1998 dan Hasil analisis terhadap jenis bahan pewarna berturut-turut yaitu sampel 1 tidak mengandung bahan pewarna pembanding, sampel 2 mengandung tartrazine dan sampel 3 mengandung methanil yellow. Kata kunci : minuman kemasan berbasis sari buah jeruk, analisis kadar vitamin C, analisis nilai pH, analisis kadar bahan pewarna sintetik, analisis jenis bahan pewarna sintetik
