Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh : (1) strategi pembelajaran (pemberian advance organizer dan rangkuman), (2) motivasi berprestasi (motivasi tinggi dan motivasi rendah), dan (3) interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran (pemberian advance organizer dan rangkuman) dan motivasi berprestasi (motivasi tinggi dan rendah) terhadap hasil belajar.Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas II SMU Istiqat Delitua, semester II tahun ajaran 200212003. Subyek penelitian terdiri dan 140 orang siswa, yang 70 orang memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi dan 70 orang memiliki motivasi berprestasi rendah, mereka dibagi secara acak menjadi empat kelompok, masing¬masing kelompok terdiri dart yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi 2 kelompok dan motivasi berprestasi rendah 2 kelompok. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa varians (ANAVA). Tes perbedaan antar sea dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Tuckey.Hasil analisa data diperoleh F ratio antar strategi pembelajaran = 0,04 yang kecil dari F label = 3,84 (a = 0,05), F, ratio antar motivasi berprestasi = 12,49 yang lebih besar dart F label = 3,84 (a = 0,05), dan F ratio antar interaksi = 32,47 yang lebih besar dart F label = 3,84 (a = 0,05). Uji perbedaan nilai rata-rata basil belajar fisika antar kelompok subyek yang bermotivasi prestasi tinggi yang diterapkan pemberian advance organizer dengan yang diterapkan pemberian rangkuman diperoleh Q ratio = 5,89 yang lebih besar dart Q label = 3,82 (a = 0,05). Kemtidian uji perbedaan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar fisika antar kelompok subyek yang bermotivasi prestasi rendah yang diterapkan pemberian advance organizer dengan yang diterapkan pemberian rangkuman diperoleh Q ratio = 5,51 yang lebih besar dad Q tabel = 3,82 (a = 0,05). Berdasarkan basil analisa data tersebut diperoleh temuan penelitian : (1) Strategi pembelajaran dengan pemberian advance organizer dan pemberian rangkuman tidak memberi pengarub yang berbeda terhadap hasil belajax fisika siswa, (2) tingkat motivasi berprestasi memberi pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap basil belajar fisika siswa, (3) ada interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran (pemberian advance organizer dan rangkuman) dan tingkat motivasi berprestasi (motivasi berprestasi tinggi dan rendaah) terhadap basil belajar fisika siswa, (4) pada kelompok subyek bermotivasi prestasi tinggi, pemberian advance organizer lebih unggul daripada pemberian rangkuman, dan (5) pada kelompok subyek bermotivasi prestasi rendah, pemberian rangkuman lebih unggul daripada pemberian advance organizer.
