Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan : (1) Pengaruh Langsung Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru; (2) Pengaruh Langsung Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Pengelolaan Stres; (3) Pengaruh Langsung Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru; (4) Pengaruh Langsung Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Pengelolaan Stres; (5) Pengaruh Langsung Pengelolaan Stres Terhadap Kinerja Guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat : (1) Pengaruh Langsung Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan ρ41 = 0,36; (2) Pengaruh Langsung Persepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Pengelolaan Stress dengan ρ31 = 0,33; (3) Pengaruh Langsung Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan ρ42 = 0,16; (4) Pengaruh Langsung Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Pengelolaan Stres dengan ρ32 = 0,16; (5) Pengaruh Langsung Pengelolaan Stres Terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan ρ34 = 0,13.
