Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi siswa tentang keterampiian mengajar guru dengan hasil beiajar sejarah, mengetahui hubungan minat belajar dengan hasil belajar sejarah, mengetahui hubungan persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan minat belajar secara bersama-sama dengan basil belajar sejarah.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metodc penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Langkat [Lulu yang berjumlah 760, dan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian 114 orang diambil menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah angket untuk persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan minat belajar serta tes untuk mengetahui basil belajar sejarah siswa. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis statistik deskriptif untuk menyajikan data dan statistik inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian.Temuan Penelitian ini adalah: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan hasil belajar sejarah dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,605; (2) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar sejarah melalui koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,518; (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif antara persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan minat belajar secara bersama-samadengan hasil belajar sejarah, melalui koefisien korelasi Banda Ry.12=0,578.Koefisien determinasi menunjukan hasil 0,334, hal ini berarti 33,4% variasi yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar sejarah siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru dan minat belajar sejarah. Berdasarkan temuan dalam penelitian ini, maka siswa perlu mempersepsi keterampilan mengajar gurunya secara positif sebab dengan demikian akan dapat menumbuhkan minat belajar untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarnya.
