Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi guru terhadap upaya pengembangan profesional dan pengetahuan KBK (Kurikulum Berbasis Kornpetensi) dengan kinerja guru SMK Kec. Bandar. Metode yang digunakan dalarn penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelasional dan instruniennya menggunakan tes dan angket, yang disebarkan kepada pars. guru SMK Kec. Bandar yang meliputi 3 (tiga) sekolah yaitu SMK 2 Budikari, SMK Abdi Sejati dan SMK Satrya Budi yang memiliki kesamaan dalarn keahlian, yaitu otomotif dan jumlah iaopulast kesetunthan sebanyak 81 orang , dengan sampel sebanyak 40 orang (sampel diambil dari banyak guru dari sekolab yang memiliki keahlian yang sama ),Untuk rnenguji hipotesis digunakan teknik korelasi, regresi sederhana dan ganda pada taraf signifikasi 0,05. Hasil penelitian metnperhhatkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan antara persepsi guru terhadap upaya pengembangan profesional dengan kinerja guru ( r X, Y — 0,45 ), (2) terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan KBK (Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi) dengan kinerja guru (r X 2 Y= 0,559) dart (3) terdapat hubungan antara persepsi guru terhadap upaya pengembangan profesiona) dan pengetahuan KBK (Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi) dengan kinerja guru( r XI . X2=0,45 ) koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar = 0,384 atau 43% sehinggakoefisien korelasi ganda R = 0,655 berhubungan dengan kinerja guru.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa persepsi guru terhadap upya pengembangan profesional dan pengetahuan KBK (Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi) dengan kinerja guru di Kecamatan Bandar,
