KAJIAN TENTANG KESADARAN HUKUM MASYARAKAT DALAM KEPEMILIKAN IZIN MENDIRIKAN BANGUNAN ( IMB ), DI KECAMATAN SUMBUL, KABUPATEN DAIRI

Research goal is to find a picture of public awareness in dealing with construction permits.( IMB ) in Kecamatan Sumbul. Methods use inthis research is descriptive qualitative research method is a method use to solve problem and answer the problem faced at the present situation, which will be done by taking the stepsidentification data collection and analisys of data processing, make conclusions and reports inorder to get an overview the level of public awarencess in the possession of the building permit (IMB). Data collection instrument use in this study is the observation and questionnaire. Population in this study were 100community residential homes. Analytical technique used is descriptive and qualitative, this done by presenting the data obtained from the study, then analyzed and tabulateddata in a systematic way so that the data can be easily understood and inferred. Of the results of this study concluded that legal awareness held by the public in possession of the sub Sumbul bulding permits, and the reason people are not dealing with construction permits because the govermant Dairi less or never do dissemination of the importance of having a building permits and the lack of good public confidence in the govermant.
