Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Rendahnya Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Changing Partner dengan strategi pembelajaran The Power Of TwoPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Swasta Methodist Tanjung Morawa Tahun Pembelajaran 2013/2014 dengan subjek siswa kelas XI IPS yang berjumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas PTK yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, dimana tiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes untuk melihat hasil belajar akuntansi dan angket untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar akuntansi siswa Sedangkan teknik analisis data adalah dengan data kuantitatif dan data kualitatifDari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil motivasi siswa belajar pada siklus I yaitu 69 45 siswa tergolong motivasi rendah 30 55 siswa yang tergolong criteria motivasi sedang Sedangkan pada siklus II terdapat 13 89 siswa yang tergolong criteria motivasi sedang 86 11 siswa yang tergolong kriteria motivasi tinggi yang menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Sedangkan tes hasil belajar siswa yang dilaksanakan terdapat peningkatan yaitu pada siklus I terdapat 24 siswa 66 66 yang tuntas belajar menjadi 31 siswa (86 11 pada siklus II Sebagai indicator ketuntasan klasikal ditetapkan 85% siswa memperoleh nilai 70 Untuk pengujian signifikansi hasil belajar siswa dilakukan dengan uji statistic atau uji t dengan dk 36 1 35 pada 0 05 Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh thitung 13 247 dan ttabel 2 03011 Sehingga thitung ttabel 3 247 2 03011 Dengan kata lain peningkatan hasil belajar siswa signifikan sehingga Ha diterima.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Changing Partner dengan strategi pembelajaran The Power Of Two di kelas XI IPS SMA Swasta Methodist Tanjung Morawa semester genap Tahun Pembelajaran 2013-2014 dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa
