Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI 2 SMK BM Teladan Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Pair Check dengan Strategi Problem Posing pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI 2 SMK BM Teladan Medan Tahun Pelajaran 2014.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK BM Teladan Medan yang berada di Jalan JL.Pukat IV No.52 Medan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI 2 yang berjumlah 26 orang. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan observasi aktivitas siswa dan tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yaitu data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dengan indikator yang ditetapkan untuk aktivitas siswa sebesar 71,87%, penelitian menggunakan PTK yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dimana setiap siklus, siklus I sebesar 80,31 % siswa masuk dalam kategori aktif, karena belum mencapai indikator yang ditetapkan maka dilanjutkan pada siklus II dan diperoleh hasil 90,37 % siswa masuk dalam kategori aktif dan sangat aktif. Adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 34,61%. Untuk hasil belajar akuntansi siswa ditetapkan KKM 70. Maka dari hasil tes yang dilakukan pada siklus I diperoleh presentase hasil belajar yaitu 50 % akan tetapi belum mencapai indikator hasil belajar yaitu 50%. Oleh karena itu penelitian dilanjutkan ke siklus II. Hasil yang diperoleh di siklus II diperoleh persentase hasil belajar yaitu 84,61 % siswa memenuhi ketuntasan .Dengan demikian terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar sebanyak 34,61% dari siklus I dan II. Dan penelitian berhenti di siklus II karena telah mencapai indikator yang sudah ditetapkan sebesar 80%. Untuk pengujian signifikasi hasil belajar siswa dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik/uji t dengan dk=32-1=31 pada α = 0,05. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh thitung = 6,09 dan ttabel = 2,03. Sehingga thitung > ttabel (6,09 > 2,03). Dengan kata lain peningkatan hasil belajar siswa signifikan sehingga Ha diterima.Jadi dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Pair Check dengan Strategi Problem Posing pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi materi jurnal penyesuaian dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.
