Abstract

The revision of the RPP teachers in Junior High Schools 4 Sibolga the Learning of the year 2011/2012 on the implemantation of the Standard Process (Aperseption, Exploration, Elaboration, Confimation and Evaluation) was not satisfactory. Have not written clearly in The A-E-E-C-E of the RPP. In the terms of the Standard Process is at the core of the Minister of National Education No. 41 of the year 2007. In the study of school is trying to use the Supervisions Method, Training, Supervision or SLS to increase the competition for the teachers to revise the RPP to include the A-E-E-C-E in the Learning. The study is aimed or improving the Planning-Learning to the teachers in Junior High Schools 4 Sibolga. This research of school is obtained significant results, where the quality of the RPP, in class VII of the enough categories (50,0%) to the good categories (78,5%), in class VIII of the enough categories (53,5%) to the good categories (75,0%), in class IX of the enough categories (55,0%) to the good categories (69,6%). The learning of the year 2011/2012 from shades of pretty to shades of good over to the new college 2012/2013.
