Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa dan metode konvensional yang diterapkan guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI AK 1 SMK SW YPK Medan T.P 2013/2014 dengan menggunakan kolaborasi Strategi Pembelajaran Expository dengan Quiz Team dan untuk perbedaan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa yang signifikan antar siklus.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK SW YPK Medan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI AK 1 dengan jumlah siswa 41 orang. Adapun objek penelitian ini adalah penerapan kolaborasi strategi pembelajaran Expository dengan Quiz Team untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Akuntansi siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan instrumen tes dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif.Dari analisis hasil lembar observasi aktivitas siklus I diketahui bahwa 4 orang dikategorikan sangat aktif atau (9,75%) dan 14 orang siswa (34,14%) dinyatakan aktif dengan rata-rata aktivitas 21,26. Sedangkan pada siklus II siswa yang sangat aktif meningkat menjadi 13 orang siswa (31,70%) dan 21 siswa (51,21%) dinyatakan aktif dengan rata-rata aktivitas 24,36 sehingga telah sesuai dengan Kriteria Ketuntasan Aktivitas yaitu ≥23 atau 71.88%. Pada analisis pre tes sebelum dilakukan tindakan diperoleh 8 siswa (19,51%) dinyatakan tuntas dengan rata-rata 56,21. Pada post test siklus I, 28 siswa (68,29%) dinyatakan tuntas dengan rata-rata 74,63 dan Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 37 siswa (90,24%) dengan rata-rata 87,80. Ini berarti pada siklus II telah mencapai Ketuntasan Klasikal Sekolah 70% sehingga penelitian dihentikan pada siklus ini. Analisis uji t antara hasil belajar siklus I dengan siklus II diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 8,37 > 2,021. Dengan kata lain peningkatan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa antara siklus I dan siklus II adalah signifikan.Berdasarkan analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi Strategi Pembelajaran Expository dengan Quiz Team dapat meningkatan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Akuntansi siswa pada Standar Kompetensi Memproses Dokumen Dana Kas Kecil kelas XI AK 1 SMK SW YPK Medan T.P. 2013/2014.
