Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan profesionalisme guru dan minat belajar siswa dengan prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Sri Langkat Tanjung Pura Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK Sri Langkat Tanjung Pura dengan jumlah 400 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10% dari jumlah populasi yaitu sebanyak 40 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi prestasi belajar. Uji validitas menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus alpha dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Kemudian uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda, korelasi berganda dan ANOVA (analysis of variance atau analisis variansi) dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji validitas diperoleh dari 25 instrumen variabel profesionalisme guru, semua instrumen dinyatakan valid. Sedangkan untuk variabel minat belajar siswa diperoleh dari 25 instrumen, semua instrumen dinyatakan valid. Uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach diperoleh hasil rhitung>rtabel (0,715 > 0,2638) untuk variabel profesionalisme guru dan rhitung>rtabel (0,735 > 0,2638) untuk variabel minat belajar. Uji korelasi ganda diperoleh hasil 0,481 menunjukkan keeratan hubungan antara variabel profesionalisme guru dan minat belajar dengan prestasi belajar termasuk kategori hubungan yang sedang. Uji hipotesis secara simultan variabel profesionalisme guru dan minat belajar diperoleh Fhitung>Ftabel (22,574 > 3,252). Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa profesionalisme guru dan minat belajar siswa memberikan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Guru diharapkan mampu bertindak secara profesional dan sebagai pendidik mampu memberikan arahan-arahan yang dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa
