Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa di kelas X dengan menerapkan Kolaborasi Model Pembelajaran Numbered Head Together Dengan Student Facilitator And Explaining di SMA Negeri 1 Stabat T.A. 2011/2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Stabat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes untuk melihat hasil belajar dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa untuk melihat aktivitas belajar siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Dari hasil observasi terhadap aktivitas siswa menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I diperoleh (2,5%) atau 1 orang untuk aktivitas sangat baik, (22,5%) atau 9 orang untuk aktivitas baik, (45%) atau 18 orang untuk aktivitas cukup baik dan, (30%) atau 12 orang untuk aktivitas kurang baik. Sedangkan pada siklus ke II diperoleh (10%) atau 4 orang untuk aktivitas sangat baik, (75%) atau 30 orang untuk aktivitas baik, (12,5%) atau 5 orang untuk aktivitas cukup baik, dan (2,5%) atau 1 orang untuk aktivitas kurang baik. Selanjutnya dari data nilai hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I jumlah siswa yang tuntas dalam belajar adalah (70%) atau 28 siswa, sedangkan pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas dalam belajar adalah (95%) atau 38 siswa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together Dengan Student Facilitator And Explaining dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar ekonomi SMA Negeri 1 Stabat Tahum Ajaran 2011/2012.
