Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah “Apakah dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dikolaborasikan dengan Model Pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT) dapat Meningkatkan aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI IPS-2 SMA Santo Yoseph Medan”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS-2 SMA Santo Yoseph dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dikolaborasikan dengan Model Pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT). Dan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara aktivitas belajar dengan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Santo Yoseph Medan pada semester ganjil yang berlokasi dijalan Flamboyan Raya No. 139 Tanjung Selamat Medan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS-2 SMA Santo Yoseph Medan yang berjumlah 30 siswa dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dikolaborasikan dengan model pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pemberian tes hasil belajar dan observasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data dan penyajian data. Pada siklus I aktivitas belajar siswa mencapai rata-rata 10,33 masih tergolong kriteria ”cukup baik”. Hasil tes yang dilaksanakan pada siklus I terdapat 14 siswa (46,66%) yang mencapai nilai 70 keatas dan 16 siswa lainnya (53,33%) mendapat nilai dibawah 70 dengan nilai rata-rata 68,16. Pada siklus II aktivitas siswa mencapai rata-rata 21,13 sudah tergolong pada kriteria ”baik” dan jumlah siswa yang memperoleh nilai lebih dari 70 sebanyak 27 siswa (90%) dan yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 3 siswa (10%) dengan nilai rata-rata 83,5. Dengan demikian ada peningkatan ketuntasan siswa 43,34% dari siklus I. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Kolaborasi model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Dengan Model Pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT) dapat Meningkatkan aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Santo Yoseph Medan Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013. Dan terdapat hubungan antara aktivitas belajar dengan hasil belajar.
