Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa di kelas XII IS-1 SMA SANTO YOSEPH Medan tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA SMA SANTO YOSEPH Medan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IS-1 SMA SANTO YOSEPH Medan yang berjumlah 31 orang dan objek penelitian ini adalah Penerapan Kolaborasi Model Pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT) Dengan Pendekatan Scaffolding Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan 2 siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan relevan dalam pengumpulan data, Teknik yang digunakan adalah lembar angket motivasi siswa dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Sedangkan untuk Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu, reduksi data dan penyajian dataDari data hasil observasi terhadap motivasi siswa menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I diperoleh 22,58% atau 7 orang untuk kriteria tinggi. Sedangkan pada siklus II diperoleh 67,74 atau 21 orang untuk kriteria sangat tinggi dan tinggi. Selanjutnya dari data nilai hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I jumlah siswa yang tuntas dalam belajar adalah 15 orang (48,38%) sedangkan pada siklus II jumlah siswa tuntas dalam belajar adalah 26 orang siswa (83,87%). Terjadi peningkatan 15 orang (35,48%).Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan Penerapan Kolaborasi Model Pembelajaran Number Head Together (NHT) Dengan Pendekatan Scaffolding Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa. pada Kompetensi Dasar Persamaan Dasar Akuntansi Di SMA SantoYoseph Medan TP 2012/2013.
