Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X AK-2 SMK PGRI 8 Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa dengan menerapkan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Scramble dengan Talking Stick pada kompetensi dasar mempraktekkan pembuatan jurnal penyesuaian pada perusahaan dagang di kelas AK-2 SMK PGRI 8 Medan.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK PGRI 8 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012 semester genap. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas X AK-2 yang berjumlah 39 orang dan objeknya adalah penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Scramble dengan Talking Stick untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa. Teknik yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dari hasil test yang dilaksanakan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yaitu dari 39 siswa hanya 23 (58,97%) siswa yang tuntas belajar secara klasikal pada siklus I dengan rata – rata 65,38 menjadi 32 siswa (82,05%) pada siklus II dengan rata – rata 75,51, ini berarti meningkat sebesar 23,08%. Sebagai indikator ketuntasan belajar klasikal ditetapkan 75% siswa memperoleh nilai >70. Sedangkan dari hasil observasi terjadi peningkatan aktivitas klasikal siswa, yakni pada siklus I hanya 16 siswa (41,03%) yaitu 4 siswa (10,26%) termasuk kategori aktif sekali dan 12 siswa (30,77%) termasuk kategori aktif, meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 30 siswa (76,92%) yaitu 8 siswa (20,51%) termasuk kategori aktif sekali dan 22 siswa (56,41%) termasuk kategori aktif. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, peningkatan aktivitas sebesar 35,89%. Berdasarkan uraian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Scramble dengan Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X AK-2 khususnya pada kompetensi dasar mempraktikkan pembuatan jurnal penyesuaian pada perusahaan dagang di SMK PGRI 8 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012. Hal ini berarti bahwa penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Scramble dengan Talking Stick dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam pembelajaran akuntansi
