Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa, peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa melalui Penerapan Kolaborasi Model Pembelajaran Quiz Team dengan Qourse Review Horay di Kelas XI SMK Parulian 1 Medan T.P 2012/2013. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Parulian 1 Medan yang terletak di Jl. Stadion Teladan No. 23 Medan pada semester ganjil tahun pembelajaran 2012/2013. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 25 orang. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar dan angket. Tes yang digunakan adalah essay test yang diambil dari buku paket siswa. Angket motivasi belajar siswa dilakukan secara langsung pada saat proses belajar mengajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Quiz Team dengan Qourse Review Horay. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pretes sebelum diadakannya tindakan pada siklus I adalah 8 orang (32%) siswa yang memenuhi standar ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 62,6. Setelah diadakan siklus I siswa yang telah mencapai standar ketuntasan belajar sebanyak 14 orang siswa (56%) dengan nilai rata-rata 69,6. Sedangkan hasil belajar siklus II sebanyak 22 orang siswa (88%) telah memenuhi standar ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 84,6. Dari hasil angket mengenai motivasi belajar siswa menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu siklus I 57,6% dan siklus II 87,72% berarti terjadi peningkatan sebesar 30,12%. Dalam hubungan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa diperoleh r_xy sebesar 0,8 yang berarti menunjukkan hubungan yang positif (sangat tinggi) antara motivasi dan hasil belajar. Dengan demikian diperoleh kontribusi motivasi sebesar 64% dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Quiz Team dengan Qourse Review Horay pada standar kompetensi Mengelola Administrasi Dana Kas Kecil kelas XI Ak di SMK Parulian 1 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2012/2013 dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini berarti bahwa kolaborasi model pembelajaran Quiz Team dengan Qourse Review Horay dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam pembelajaran akuntansi.
