Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI-IPS SMAN 1 Hinai Langkat T.A 2011/2012. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray dan strategi pembelajaran Active Knowledge Sharing di kelas XI-IPS SMAN 1 Hinai Langkat T.A 2011/ 2012. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Hinai Langkat pada semester genap Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012 dengan subjek siswa kelas XI-IPS-1 yang berjumlah 40 siswa dan objek penelitian adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray dan strategi pembelajaran Active Knowledge Sharing untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, dimana tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu perencaaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Dalam pengumpulan data, teknik yang digunakan adalah melalui lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dan test hasil belajar akuntansi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data dan penyajian data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh rata-rata observasi aktivitas siswa yang dilaksanakan pada siklus I adalah 18,7 yang termasuk dalam kriteria Cukup. Pada siklus II rata-rata observasi aktivitas adalah 22,3 ≈ 22 yang termasuk dalam kriteria Baik. Sedangkan tes hasil belajar siswa yang dilaksanakan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yaitu 24 siswa (60%) yang tuntas belajar pada siklus I menjadi 35 siswa (87,5%) pada siklus II. Sebagai indicator ketuntasan belajar klasikal ditetapkan 70% siswa memperoleh nilai ≥70. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray dan strategi pembelajaran Active Knowledge Sharing dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi laporan perusahaan jasa di kelas XI-IPS-1 SMAN 1 Hinai Langkat Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012.
