Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengingkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah fisika umum melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa reguler angkatan tahun 2010 semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2010/2011 berjumlah 48 orang. Hasisl analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada kecenderungan hasil belajar mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan dari satu siklus ke siklus berikutnya. Ini ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya ketekunan belajar, kerajinan belajar, budaya berdebat (kritis) dan kemandirian belajar. Jadi, penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar mahasiswa dan kualitas mengaar dosen
