Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship in terms of classroom management viewed from teachers sex toward students achievement in SMA Negeri Medan 8 in 2012/2013. The population in this study were all students of class X who were divided into 8 classes which comprised of 327 student. While the research sample was taken by using stratified random sampling, which consists of 4 classes of the class X3
